Introduction
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the platform. By accessing or using Appflow.ai and its related services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or part of the platform at any time, without notice or liability. Your continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
General Information
This Terms of Use agreement ("Agreement") is between you (“user,” “developer,” or “customer”) and Implus Technology Ltd (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), with a principal office at Unit D,16/F,One capital place,18 Luard Road, Wanchai, Hongkong. This Agreement governs the use of our platform, services, and all related features ("Services").
Appflow.ai enables developers to integrate multiple monetization solutions, including stripe payment in-app payment systems, marketplaces, and other tools, to streamline their operations and enhance revenue.
Eligibility to Use the Platform
Age Requirement
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform and associated services.
Users under 18 may only access the platform with supervision and approval from a parent or legal guardian.
Compliance with Laws
Use of the platform is restricted in countries or regions subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions.
You must not use the platform if you are on any government-sanctioned or terrorist watchlists.
Definitions
Account: The profile you create to access the platform and manage services.
Appflow Services: Tools and solutions offered through the platform, including in-app payment systems, marketplace integrations, and analytics.
Buyer: An end-user who purchases products or services through the platform via integrated solutions.
Seller/Developer: An individual or business that integrates Appflow’s solutions to offer goods and services.
Payment Partner: A licensed third-party provider responsible for payment processing and transactions.
Platform: The Appflow.ai website, developer portal, and associated applications.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identifiable individual, as defined in our https://doc.appflow.ai/docs/others/privacy-policy.
Account Registration and Security
Account Creation
Developers and businesses must register an account to use Appflow.ai’s services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Unauthorized Access
Any actions taken through your account will be deemed authorized by you.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Platform Features and Monetization Tools
In-App Payments
Developers can integrate in-app payment solutions similar to stripe and allow users to make purchases easily.
Payments are processed via our Payment Partners, and all transactions are subject to their terms and conditions.
Appflow.ai does not store or control user funds directly but facilitates the transaction process.
Marketplace Services
Developers may list and sell digital items, goods, or services through a marketplace model integrated into the platform.
All sales contracts are made between the developer (seller) and the buyer (end-user).
Appflow.ai provides the infrastructure for these transactions but is not a party to the sale.
Analytics and Reporting Tools
The platform offers tools to track transaction histories, monitor revenue, and analyze user behavior.
Developers can access detailed insights through their dashboard to optimize performance.
Developer Responsibilities
Compliance with Policies
You agree to comply with all policies outlined by Appflow.ai, including those relating to payments, data privacy, and user protection.
You must ensure that all goods and services listed through the platform are legally compliant.
Accurate Information
Developers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their offerings and transactions.
Handling User Disputes
Developers are responsible for resolving disputes with buyers regarding purchases made through their integrations.
Payments and Fees
Payment Processing
All payments are handled by third-party Payment Partners. Developers agree to the terms of these partners as part of using the platform.
Transaction Fees
Appflow.ai may charge fees for using certain services. Any applicable fees will be outlined in your developer account and must be paid according to the terms provided.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are subject to the developer’s refund policy and the terms of the Payment Partner. Appflow.ai is not responsible for issuing refunds directly.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on the platform belongs to Appflow.ai or its licensors.
Developers retain ownership of their content but grant Appflow.ai a license to display and distribute it through the platform.
Developers may not use the platform to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Privacy and Data Protection
Developers and buyers must comply with Appflow.ai’s https://doc.appflow.ai/docs/others/privacy-policy.
Personal data collected through the platform will be processed in accordance with applicable laws.
Developers are responsible for safeguarding any personal data they collect via their services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
No Warranty: The platform and its services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
Liability Cap: Appflow.ai’s total liability will not exceed the fees paid by the developer in the previous 12 months.
Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
Termination and Suspension
Suspension of Services
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
Termination by User
You may terminate your account by providing written notice.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, access to the platform and services will cease. All outstanding fees remain payable.
Modifications to Terms
Appflow.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. All disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Hong Kong.
